Andrew has been in the racing game for over ten years, and working with thoroughbreds for over 16 years. His time in racing has been spent at Flemington racecourse, first with the Godolphin conglomerate under trainers Peter Snowden, John O’Shea and James Cummings. In 2017 he was head hunted to manage the Flemington satellite stable for Snowden Racing. 

Over his time in racing, Andrew has worked with many top quality thoroughbreds; Russian Revolution, Redzel, Hartnell and Wild Ruler, to name a few. Working with horses of such high calibre has strengthened the knowledge of what it takes to make a good horse reach their potential.

In his years working for top trainers, Andrew has noticed a recurring theme in their approach and work ethic; patience, persistence, attention to detail, the ability to adapt and - of course - hard work.

After being mentored by several trainers, particularly by Peter and Paul Snowden, Andrew has created his own style of training.
